Qur'anic arabic is a different animal. That's like me saying I know English, therefore I can understand Shakespeare and other plays very well(which can be untrue due to the nature of language presented in those plays.) Imam Sha'afi(RA) spend 1/3 of his life perfecting his skills in understanding the rich nature of Classical Arabic.

Again read WHY these verses were revealed.

.......Really...Really? Really. I'm rather insulted you posit such an argument. Those verses pertaining to killing unbelievers are in the context of war and war only. Jizya is just a minor tax the non-Muslims must pay on a yearly basis. It's distributed to the poor and so forth.
