@DrSamuels305 LOL. This song is about Kat Von D. You can read it on HER biography, and on the information for this album. Her tattoo parlour was called "High Voltage". He said he wrote this song about her because "She's a bad-ass girl".

You Know the lead singer wrote this song about Kat Von D. He said he was driving in hollywood one night and saw her tattoo parlor open so he went in their and hung out with them. When he got home he started to right the song.

@HoHoHo246 You guys are all soooo wrong. This is about the Jesse's love for electricity. He likes tinkering with old VCRs and stuff. He sucks his fingers (after sticking them in the slot) because he got electrocuted. I mean, why do you think they call him Boots Electric??!
