AND PARTY EVERY DAY: THE INSIDE STORY OF CASABLANCA RECORDS is a BRAND NEW 320-page, hardcover book from Casablanca cofounder Larry Harris and the authors of KISS Alive Forever. Visit http://www.casablancabook.com to read excerpts from the book and purchase a signed copy directly from the authors.

KISS: This September 1978 animated KISS TV spot was created to promote the four KISS Solo LPs which ultimately sunk the label. If anyone has a broadcast master of any of the Casablanca Records promo films/TV Spots, please let us know as we are trying to reacquire several "lost" Casablanca Records film and videotape elements. See our Web site for more details.

AND PARTY EVERY DAY is the very first full-length book about the infamous 1970s record label and its enigmatic founder Neil Bogart. In a blizzard of wild parties, spending, and fearless ambition, Casablanca Records launched the careers of KISS, Donna Summer, Parliament Funkadelic, Angel, the Village People, and single-handedly created the disco movement. Add an Academy Award-winning film division with product like The Deep, Midnight Express, Foxes, and The Hollywood Knights and you begin to understand why Casablanca became the hottest record label of the 1970s. Visit http://www.casablancabook.com to see more Casablanca Records videos.

  • that was the best

  • My understanding was...these albums were done to satisfy Ace and Peter, and their egos. These help to demise the band from its orginality. Crazy..

  • In the 70s I used to try & design my own Kiss make-up. I fantasised about being in Kiss & think about how I'd look. I must have spent half my life at my desk designing Kiss characters while playing their music. I still play it now. It's my escapism.

  • Ahh, my adolesence...KISS! Had the albums, had the posters, had the lunch-box. Gene would have wanted it that way! lol

  • Still such a brilliant idea. They captivated a generation.

  • @Vinnie7683 They did they play "Radioactive"
