The name of this traditional Russian music is OCHI CHERNYE ( = the black eyes). Otherwise, the eyes that show the video are often gray, blue and amber colored but not black ...
There exist black eyes, dark brown, light brown, hazel, amber, green, blue, gray (and red for albino). But black is black and it looks very nice !

10 years ago in Moscow with different Gypsy music, and this was one of them, but I myself
couldn´t find out the real source....Sorry !!
