He plays like your standard shotoclone character, without all the GODSHINLVLCREAMCORN stuff, nothing really out of the ordinary (gameplay wise anyway :P), the only thing that will probably throw you off on first use is that he is a two-button fighter.

Namihei by Elecbyte...Wut :V
Like Mr.Bater is a shotoclone,Namihei is basically a Sagat clone.Unlike Mr.Bater however, Namihei has more of his own attacks,like a teleport, and several new supers. The supers are a little overpowered, his collisions could be adjusted somewhat, and his throw needs to be
corrected, but otherwise a decent creation.

Yeah I think I saw the video you were talking about, and yeah I'm pretty sure it was an AI battle too. I'm actually surprised at how there are so little videos of these two, given their strangeness I thought there would have been more.
