主料 / 雞腿1支、蔥1支、薑1塊、八角1粒、五香粉少許
(盤飾) 高麗菜、蕃茄、小黃瓜
調味料 / 糖1大匙、水3大匙、鹽1/3小匙、橙汁半杯、太白粉水少許
做法:
1、 將去骨的雞腿肉,用醬油、鹽、蔥、薑、八角、五香粉醃製10分鐘。
2、將雞腿肉入蒸鍋,蒸約10分鐘。
3、高麗菜切絲、蕃茄、小黃瓜切片,製作盤飾。
4、將蒸好的雞腿入油鍋炸酥,即可起鍋放涼備用。
5、取一小鍋子置於爐子上開小火,加入半杯橙汁、糖和少許的太白粉水,煮成 濃稠度適當的醬汁。
6、將放涼的雞腿肉切丁後,淋上醬汁即可。
