My baby sister and I were walking over there acouple years ago, it was probably about 90 degrees no breeze etc.... and when we were right up to the building it was freezing cold.... spooked the hell out of us. to this day I wont go there alone.

You guys should hear some of the stories that have been sent in after the making of this video...women who went to school there, people who have worked or volunteered there, all kinds of strange goings on at Kemper Center. damn i use to hang out there everyday and night with all my friends kicking back and having a good time, hahaha bob would get so pissed at us. but on a lighter note like 10 years ago my friend and i where there i was about 8 or so and we saw some weird guy playing a small gutair towards the wall with 18th centery cloths on, when we went to go talk to him he just walked away and vanished around the corner

I live in this town that Kemper is in, and it's a freaky-shit place. I was taking pictures and I caught something that looks like a person with bulging eyes and crazy hair. They have a haunted house and it is freakin' messed up. Thumbs up if anyone's ever been in the haunted house.

I snuck in there one day with some friends to take pictures for school and the janitors eventually figured out we snuck in. They were telling us about how it would be just the two of them at night and the only way the back door can be locked is with a bolt lock either with a key from outside or from the inside. They said they would go out for a ciggartte break and leave the door unlocked and come back and the bolt lock would be locked and there was no one but them there at that time of nite. De

There are tunnels underneath the building that aren't accessible to the public....maybe some kind of cover- up? I've heard different stories about the use of these tunnels but who knows

attention people, the Kemper Center is now open in october to take a tour inside for the new ghost tours. Its the second year now that they are doing this. So if you wanna learn more bout it. come up to Wisconsin and come to the Kemper Center. thank you
