Oh my - I remeber this ! I always thought she was sooo good on I Love Lucy.

She complimented Lucy so well - it wouldn't have been the same show without her. Many people don't know that she was actually on Broadway before the Lucy saga began.

I just love the entire "set up". "Lily", the demure maiden from the valley "over there"..warbling that she can't find a beau...and then she ends with that totally unexpected raucous finale! Audience wasn't expectin' that! I love this eppy! Thanks for posting!
