What is iPad? Apple's latest commercial for their new product, if you haven't heard, the iPad. This is a very powerful device with many features, mostly from the iPod touch. I hope you enjoy it!
Question: Are you going to purchase the iPad?
Answer: I don't think I will purchase an iPad, since it is still at it's basic stage. I think it has a lot of potential, so I am going to wait for the second generation to come out. When I do, I will definitely be doing an unboxing and a review.
Q: Where can I buy this?
A: The Apple Store. I believe they will be selling them at major retailers in the future.
Q: Do iPhone and iPod Touch apps work on the iPad?
A: Yes. These applications will work on the iPad, but the resolution will be low quality, as it was suited for the iPod touch. You can purchase HD apps to increase the quality.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Wifi Model - 16GB $499, 32GB $599, 64GB $699
WiFi + 3G Model - 16GB $629, 32GB $729, 64GB $829

Q: Does it support Flash?
A: No.

I have an iPad 2 and honestly there really isn't much point in it. Sure you can read books, but the kindle does it better. It is fine for web browsing, but it is too big to hold for long periods of time, the "smart cover" doesn't provide enough support when it is oriented vertically, sure it can run some cool applications, but it is by no means a laptop or even ultrabook replacement. It simply is not a stand-alone device. Apple cripples it too much, even on iOS 5. I rarely have a use for it.

I love how all the haters claim the iPad is irrelevant and worthless...yet it has sold more units than all other tablets combined. It has crippled the netbook market and has generated more revenue than all of Dell combined.
But of course, nobody will buy one.
