ok ok ok ok. Im a HUGE fan of these movies. so when i saw this at the end of Quantum, I about shouted out loud in the theater. BUT, it felt very rushed. i hope they slow it down in bond 23, which has been delayed :(.. maybe it was fast becasue it was just the end of the movie. who knows

Skyfall needs to have this sequence back at the very beginning again, where it belongs, with some updated bond theme ( like the surprisingly slick opening for Goldeneye) which i didnt expect 6 years after Licence to Kill, it sounded very fresh. It doesnt belong at the end. I do understand it not being at the beginning of CR , as it was a reboot and Bond wasn't yet a 00. I like Craig as Bond but i do like Brosnan's no nonsense turn and shoot.

@goredbirds1 Yes i agree. Im also a big fan of the bond franchise and was disapointed at the opening of Quantum, when i didnt see the traditional gun barrel sequence which is a staple of the Bond series. But later relieved when seeing it at the end, albeit rushed. I think a decision of the film's director, as that whole film had the feeling of being rushed. Being a Bond traditionalist however i do hope to see the sequence back at the very beginning of Skyfall - where it belongs.
