Black Out

Black Out my first short film, is about the story of John Reeson (main fictional character). The basic theme of this film is a back and forth in time between the first scene of John waking in the forest covered with blood. You ,as the audience, are set in a similar position to John, which is what makes this film interesting because the beginning of the film is actually the exact middle part of the story. Another aspect of this story which I enjoy very much is the fact that a little action can lead up to large consequences. Also, if you look at it deeply, that we are in a way like John, we are placed in the middle of this world without knowing what was before and what is next. While we know that there are many details that make this film far from perfect, I still hope you can see past them into the real story, or even have a good laugh if that's what your looking for!

This video took a lot of work for me and all of the SwissMexProductions team. So i'd like to thank all the people involved in this whether it was in making the music, filming, acting or editing, however big their work was, it still is a piece of the puzzle. Interesting cinema-graphic juxtapositioning, dynamic sound and audio effects, acting is below neophyte but good effort given the screen write........subtle themes exemplify the frailty of human nature.........all said, I fully expect these director/producers to be unanimously voted lifetime status into Intentional Motion Picture of Academy Sciences.
