What Obama's 'New Dawn' Will bring

Obama (quote): "Its time for us to withdraw some, ugh, our combat troops out of Iraq and deploy them here in Afghanistan. The Unites States has to take a regional approach to the problem. Just as we cant be myopic and only focus on Iraq we also cant think that we can solve the security problems here in Afghanistan without engaging the Pakistan government."

Note: Pakistan have nuclear weapons and are against recent American attacks on their soil.

Joe Biden, Obamas running mate for vice president: "The administration has failed to face the biggest, the biggest forces shaping this century the emergence of Russia, China, India as great powers, the spread of lethal weapons. Weve once again seen the consequences of the neglect, of this neglect, with Russia challenging the very freedom of a new democratic country of Georgia. Barack and I will end that neglect, we will hold Russia accountable for its actions."
