BodyWatts and Bay Pilates owner, Lorri Wilson-Clarke, performs the exercise flying eagle on the Tower or 1/2 cadillac. This exercise strengthens the back extensors and arms, stretches the chest and shoulders. Lorri is over 50 in this video and started Pilates at age 46.
