Find Dust Sculptures on Facebook!
"Traffic" is the third song I've released for the upcoming album "Nostalgia", which will debut in 2012. This piece is part of a concept album following several individuals through the perspective of thought. "Traffic" details an individual who deals with isolation and fear of loss. As the release of "Nostalgia" draws near, I will continue to show work from this album. A greater detailed analysis of the videography and lyrical theme is discussed on my Facebook. Find me at Facebook.com/dustsculptures. I plan to release "Nostalgia" worldwide in physical cd, blu-ray, and special edition (limited) vinyl record. More to come very soon.

Lyrics:

Something about the room
Stole my attention
Maybe it was just time
To catch up with me
The traffic is massive today

Jet Streams, Power Lines
Cracks in the windshield
Changing Lights
Won't keep me from thinking of this
Or take it away

Where do the colors go?
Salt on the roads
The traffic is massive today
I cannot stop
Killing the time I wanted to save

Lineup:

All music was written, performed, recorded, mixed, and mastered by Josh Marberry as Dust Sculptures. All videography was filmed and edited by Josh Marberry. Additional camera assistance from Mrs. Marberry.

Thanks, everyone for the support. I am an independent artist, using my own resources to create. I rely on the listeners to help me promote the music. Please comment, rate, share with friends... Most importantly, enjoy the music! Thank you, one and all, for your ongoing kindness and support!

    Old trainstations?

Here in north germany especially in the west side of north germany you can't find such great locations... I want to go to america. :D

  • Epic!

  • So, I haven't seen all of them, but every video I watch from you is fucking amazing, one way or another. Tutorials included.

  • Playing all instruments, that's dedication.

  • I can definitely tell your jazz influences on this one. Totally digging all your stuff, maybe your vinyl will be my push to get a good needle for my record player again.

  • dude, my favorite part of the song has turned into the last minute or so, at the dramatic outro. love it. i'm trying to follow your drum line and visualize it, but it seems a little beyond me at the moment. i couldn't tell you how many times i've listened to this song dude i love it!
