I got to see Ian and his Bay City Rollers in Jan. 2007. He along with other groups of the 60's and 70's performed in Clearwater, Florida. A local radio station put on the show. I took a lot of pictures and got his autograph. He was wearing a kilt then and did all the BCR hits even Dedication. It was a great show.
does ian still sing dedicaion in his act? i was disappointed he didn't sing it on long beachin' with mo but i loved his spongebob boxers! i'm also surprised he didn't correct mo when she asked what "you scottish wear under your kilts"!
I saw Ian's Bay City Rollers four times in 2008 at the Riviera here in Las Vegas. They were an outstanding version of the band and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I think think that Ian is really cool! I'm seen pics on his website of him wearing kilts when he's not even scottish! And what's more he's into punk, even though he was a member ofboy bands!
Ian is still adorable. would love to meet up with him again after all these years
