Natural Born Citizens were those born with no allegiance to any power except the United States. This meant, in effect, that one had to be born to two US Citizens. If one is born overseas to two US Citizens , they are born a US Citizen. Most other countries dont water down their citizenship value and just give it to any yahoo born on thier soil... so in most cases that person would not be born a dual citizen.
Thus , born of US Citizens and not a Dual Citizen, they are Natural Born US Citizen.

I am not sure it is much fantasy. But I am not from Arizona, so I am not certain of how well Senator McCain is. But to bash him about being born on a United States Naval Base outside the borders of the United States is wrong. He is legally a citizen by the same group that forcefully put the constitution into place. The federal government. That was truly a crime, if you read your history correctly. We should have kept the articles of confederation. We would be living in a much safer world.
