Michael Bay was George Lucas's padawan learner (and by that, I mean "intern") when he was 15. Not all of his movies are pure spectacle. 'The Rock' was a pretty decent flick, though it did go a little fast and some parts seemed contrived and/or hurried. But that's how a lot of movies are, mostly because there's a limit on how long a movie can be, plus the prevailing assumption is that the general audience isn't really looking to "absorb" the story on an intuitive level.

@CultureClasher South Park has a black and bad humor. Uwe Boll is that kind too. South Park and Postal for example are very similar. In both there is a message which is told kind of funny and sarcastic. Theyre both masterpieces. Bays films are stupid. No message. Just good looking and entertaining. You will never see SP against Boll. :P Boll has much more to offer than any stupid director of fucking mainstream shit! Boll dont make movies for stupid persons like the directors you like. Get it?

Michael Bay is no ways a good director, but at least his stuff is kinda watchable. Boll's movies aren't even worth talking about. I think the jokes made on Bay on South park, as much as they are funny, are kinda getting old. I would love to see South Park take a slab at Uwe Boll and destroy him.
