Water should NOT be dripping from the ceiling

Last night I noticed that there was a dripping sound in the bathtub. I thought it was the bath faucet or shower, but instead it was coming from the ceiling panel right above the bath. I could also hear showering sounds from the apartment above. Look, it even got all the bathtub fishies all flustered. What should I do?

Thanks for the comment! This was basically a video to show the landlord that something was wrong in the bathroom. Turns out the upstairs tenant's shower pan developed a leak, resulting in some nasty rust and water damage (raining down on my head whenever I showered).
