Some one asked for the meaning of the words. I have tried to give the meaning below. Please correct or contribute.

The song is basically various names for Rama. It also mentions some virtues/qualities of Rama. They are as follows:
Meghasyama - skin the colour of clouds (blue)
Mangaladhama - One who purifies
Rajalalama -
Pavana Nama - Holy/sacred/Pure name
Papa Virama - Destroyer of sin
Jaya Rama - Victorious Rama
ravikulasoma - a great descendant of the sun (ravi - sun , soma - Moon. Here moon means he is as bright as the moon in the night sky i.e., no one else is close to him)
ranatalabheema - A great warrior
sivanutanama - One whose name is worshiped by Siva
