@iswisscheese Country used to be very wholesome entertainment for rural folks. But I agree, its very crude now. The early 90s country music was good, though.

If this was what country sounded like I'd be a fan but it doesn't. She wouldn't make it in the country business now unless she learned some cuss words and had some fight in her voice. It seems rednecks don't like soft women any more. I'm just sayin.

I have always enjoyed her on the show then I bought a cd and I really enjoyed it. Now, thanks to YouTube, I get to listen to all of her songs. Thanks.

I hadn't seen her until "Wings". She was just so cute. :-) It wasn't till much later that I learned that she had originally intended to be a country singer, like her sister had, but got sidetracked into acting - I'm glad she did. I'm not a regular listener to country, but I do like some, and when I heard she had done a CD, I had to have a listen. I was amazed at what a fine voice she has - it's interesting they never showcased that on "Wings". Thanks for the comment.
