Yes I hade to.my criminal lawyer told me that if I wanted to fight my case I was going to sit in jail for a year before I would go to trial.I was offer a "plea bargain" of 90 days to do 45 days, which I had 85 days in jail because I was trying to fight my case, but after he told me that I would sit in jail for that long ,for a possession charge that is giving me a month and ahalf.. I thought it wasn't fair.. my child was having seizures at that moment and I was desperate to get it over with.

I was convicted of possession of control substance (cocaine) less than a gram. I sign for 90 county time on February 11,but I did 85 days since I was only suppose to do 45 days because county time counts 1 day for two days

In this two party tyranny system, one side insist on chauvinistic "zero immigrant" policies whilst craving their blue collar services, the other insist on zero immigration laws and some kind of lawless socialism and welfarism.

Now where's the 100% Constitutional "middle-ground" solution, where you ENFORCE immigration laws, WHILE providing a "guess worker friendly" system that boosts the legal amenities of immigrant workers (thus lowering criminal elements) whose services white folks crave?
