When is the movie industry going to start using trans actors to portray trans individuals in movies? Wouldn't it be nice to be a little more authentic.

Oh my gosh I'm so for the comments on the sexy japanese man's voice! I never got why trans women always had such "exotic" roles when in general we're very average people? I mean personally, i'm not a pornstar, prostitute, nor do I go to bars trying to seduce men... not that I would complain if a guy tried to seduce me ;)

Calpernia, did it bother you that he called Felicity an "actual woman" and "extremely heterosexual" in contrast to trans women? It sounded as if he was discounting trans women as women, and implying that trans women who like men aren't "extremely heterosexual" as well. I was slightly bothered by that. It seemed like in his head he doesn't consider trans women to be "actual women" too. I would've rather heard "biological women", "natal women" or even "cisgender women".
