@Qulopuaa Promote human development? Going into space has been done by governments; however, it has not worked out as a basic change in how people live on Earth...(exception being satellites and their applications.) These 'glory' people wouldn't have had a chance waiting on public funding... and competition is how humans develop. Signing your own paycheck is rare among humans; 6+ billion and we really need a lot of vitality if most of them are to stay alive.

Rubbish... why not promote human development and not the means to commit the same shit that men always do..is because the prize is run by men that has the glory of themselves as a prize.
