How the HELL does one get the GL to free up? I have tried everything. Penetrating oil, heat, cold, heat, cold heat. to no avail...... HELP!!!!!!!

isn't ther just a switch by the grenade launcher sight that flips up and down? when its up it stops the gas from engaging the piston and all gasses go out the barrel to eject the rifle grenade. When it flips down gases then go towards the piston, and its back to semi auto.

did you use yours as a bolt action by removing the gas piston, i've been told that it's possible? Does it work well?

If it is a yugo, the tuff part is getting the G.L. off.

Depends what Kind you have, if its a yugo then you just screw it on because the barrel is threaded e.g. the G/Launcher attachment. If its chinese, russian, Romanian etc. Then you'll have to get your barrel threaded (cheap) then you just screw it on and lock it in place.

anyone know how to install a muzzlebreak? is it possible to install one yourself or do you have to bring it to a gunsmith.

I turn'd the grenade luncher into a muzle break. it did't cost me anything. Still pretty cool one you got.

theres a pin that you ave to punch out. then its takes some heat and a lot of force to twist it off.

a little and funner to shoot. its just something different that you can do with the yugo sks.
