Full Installation - Dual Boot Windows 7 & Snow Leopard on an AMD Hackintosh 1/2

here is what you need:

nawcom boot cd, latest multibeast and legacy kernel, combo update 10.6.7 and a retail snow leopard dvd.

for this and much more, GOOGLE IT!

after the instalation, remove the -force64 flag of the boot plist. its inside the extra folder. drag to the desktop, open, erase just the -force64, save it and replace the older one in the extra folder.

4gb ddr2 800 patriot
mobo: asus m4a78-em
250gb sata hd on ahci
xfx radeon hd 5770 1gb ddr5

Baixei aqui os arquivos necessários para a instalação do Snow Leopard,mas tenho uma pequena duvida.

A imagem que consegui do SL é a 10a432.DMG

Devo convertê-la para ISO ou apenas gravo direto em DMG?

Tenho a mesma placa mãe utilizada no video,espero que consiga instalar sem nenhum problema,assim como foi feito por ti.

@xJokrz como dmg mesmo, use o ultraiso ou outro que grave esse tipo de imagem. lembrando que o snow original está 29 dolares. se gostar compre. abs.

@woll757 thanks. yes, it will work. be aware that you need to read and know very well your system to have minimal limitations. learn about dsdt. the downloaded copy will work, but give it a try, if u really enjoy the osx, buy it. it's very cheap.

@mendietinha hey man great tutorial :) i haven't tried it out yet i just had some questions before i start. I have a fairly similair computer to yours here are the specs:

amd athlon x4 ii 2.8 ghz, 4gb corsair ram ddr3, asus m4a78lt-m, ati 5750 and a 80gb hdd lol (sata). Do you think this would work on my system? also if i download the retail snow leopard (10.6) will this work instead of me buying the actual cd? thanks any help is greatly appreciated

@w98ii its not recommended to install hack in amd laptops. but you can try anyway. set in the bios to ahci and try the flags you see at the comments. google it for you busratio information.

@w98ii you need to use the modbin kernel and possibly the busratio of your core. perhaps cpus=1

keep trying.
