@iFishTroutz Well you copy the clip, paste it above it on exatly same time, put opacity to 30-50% and zoom that clip in and there you got it :)

@iFishTroutz umm i think you mean the flashes.
1. listen to the beat and click "m" on your keyboard with it (creates marker)
2. make a empty clip and put a hard flash transition on it and make it small (the smaller the quicker flash)
3. place it in and there you go =]
just go experiment and have fun, what i do :D
