what do you mean discover. to all viewers who wants to go here dont because roxas isnt the place you know no by its clean city but its corrupt place i have ever witnessed i know how corrupt it is because im from roxas and im telling my mom to move in to iloilo w/ my cousins and iloilo is better than roxas. this lousy place this is not the seafood capital of the phillipines the real seafood capital is in GENSAN. roxas is the ugliest capital of the philippines,asia,earth,planet of the WORLD.......
