La Chevalerie du Fourquet des Brasseurs (the Knighthood of the Brewers Mashstaff).

A-list Hollywood celebrities, chefs and foodies from all over the world flock to the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen for more than 80 sold-out cooking demonstrations from 50 of the worlds foremost authorities on food and wine. Never before, however, has the Classic brought together such an odd pairing to celebrate the natural affinity between food and beer.

Chef Tim Love, pioneer of Urban Western cuisine, wears a cowboy hat in place of a toque, appoints nachos with kangaroo carpaccio and marries foie gras with spicy chiles. A true Texan, the foundation of Loves cuisine is steak and wild game. Chef Love is the author of Lonesome Dove Trail: Recipes of Urban Western Cuisine and the new Chef Tim Loves Journal.

Knighted for his extraordinary career as a Master Beer Sommelier, Belgiums Marc Stroobandt is eager for Chef Loves culinary challenge. As the Chef cooks, Master Sommelier Stroobandt will teach viewers which beer pairs perfectly with each type of food, and how to properly pour beer to release its aroma and flavor.
