The infamous meeting of jacob and Esau in LOST Season 5. The scene also seems to have possible Good vs Evil connatations. "They come. They fight. They destroy. They corrupt. It always ends the same"
In my opinion probably the best LOST scene to date.

More known nicknames are Man in Black, F(ake )Lock, Jacob's Nemesis, since we know that he is the smoke thing - the Black Smoke, the Monster, the Smoke Monster, Cerberus and the Security System and after the newest episode - Across the Sea, we know that he was Adam (Adam and Eve, that corpses of a woman and a man in House of the Rising Sun; Eve was Jacob's and his "mother") and Jacob's Brother.
