yeah ive running the series 5 manifold what do you use for your polishing my mates got a dremle thats also good aswell not sure what you use

okay, dremel is what we use, the sanding tools and little buffing tools, but you also need the normal polishing machine too.
now most 'rotary' manifold take 30+ hours to polish ;-) some work goes over 50 hours ;-)
theres no quick polishing, polishing takes time, be prepare to sit on your bum for hours!! ;-)

the only bitch part is when i get the OLD series manifolds to polish, because the cast is like concrete! later casts are better.
from memory this one was a 'smooth' cast! like the 20B manifolds

well for me - nothing - expect the time to polish it =)
customer wanted 'showroom' finish and only the front sides done...around $450
;-)
