Even tho this song has a very uptempled beat, it certainly means everything it says by it's title alone, "So Blue", you'd never know it, if it wasn't for the lyrics It dosen't sound like your typical tear jerker or crying song....Roy Orbison had a few of them on the charts back when, including "Crying".
