Okay, the Bible was not written by God, the Bible was written by a bunch of men sitting in a room and arguing about what should and should not be written down! There was no concept of homosexuality back then, it has been translated, retranslated, and retranslated several times, there is so much inconsistency, it's hypocritical, and always changing. It's even missing vital points like, oh, I don't know, 20 years of Jesus' life! You'd think that would be important. Plus, the church has sinned!

Death Penalty had pros and cons. I feel that anyone who has broken a detestable crime such as rape or murder should be put on an island. Not killing them, but saving money to not have jails and other such things. Homosexuality is not a crime in first world country. People all over the world have different views on what is wrong and what is right. If you feel you have a different viewpoint of your country, MOVE! Go to where it suits you best. Fight the issue. Everyone has a right to their ideas.

The Death Penalty is the least serving law aside sex laws that exist. @Keither9 Really?! There is one organization that CONSISTENTLY imposes the death penalty. And people rarely cross that organization. Rarely. They are to terrified to do so . The Mafia.

It doesn't work to well in society because it is rarely imposed and only after years. If people are not scared of it, why do those who are are so sentenced fight with all they've got to avoid it.

If it were consistently applied it would be effective. People know that murder is rarely punished with death.
