Step 1: Register (the link is right above)

Step 2: If you are using Mozilla, you must enable your browser to allow cookies. Go to tools options privacy. Then check accept cookies from sites, and accept third party cookies. Until they expire. Also add an exception for the site. Then click okay.
Also, disable any firewalls, just to be sure they credit. Configure Internet Explorer to accept cookies if you are using that.
