@asadali9091 Well, I did it because I didn't have an ethernet cable that would reach all the way across my house, nor did I have a wifi adapter for my 360. That's basically what this does.

would this still work if your mac is on wifi? and then you try connecting your xbox with the ethernet cable? also if it does work on with my computer, would i hav to switch the settings if i plugged my xbox into a different ethernet cable?

@TheHDAstro I would say no, because you have to use your computer to connect, where as an adapter is a direct connection to your WiFi. But, I could be wrong, and it also depends on your internet.
