The regular small dark particles interest me. What are they? They look very much denser than the surrounding tissues.

Omg I hope you are not studying to become a doctor, or worse, you managed to scrape by medschool. This guy explains everything, and it is all correct. Left heart faliure is only one cause (albeit a severe and leading one) of pulmonary edema.
I would hit the books my son, or quit Medschool if you haven't been kicked out already for being such a moron.

For me, it would help to see side-by-side healthy lung tissue with edematous tissue. But I really appreciate the video. Thank you.

Oh my. I hope you aren't a health professional.
We call this 'left heart failure' and if I were you I wouldn't be waiting for "the production of pink frothy sputum" before I sought help. Bit far down the line for me!
p.s. search better interwebs before posting your lies.

I tryed to make out some asbestos bodies but I couldn't find any of them without fantasizing too much. or there aren't or the resolution isn't good enough or I'm not skilled enough. ... I'll try to forget about them since asbestosis surely wasn't the cause of the edema
