wow, it's just so complex harmonically but the textures are also much more separate than much other choral music...I guess that's what's great about music of the Ars Nova, you can appreciate it easier because you don't have to separate out those different voices as much. Makes it easier to appreciate the sublime way they interact with eachother. This seems to be a very different version of Josquin's Ave Maria, Virgo Serena than I'm used to...didn't recognize it at first! Thanks for posting it.
