I play clarinet in college...and I learned a new note today, that when played right, in tune, it sounds like a friggin fire alarm. And Danny Elfman is my idol...he's the reason why I write music.

Being a retired flautist, I have a grudge against clarinets, myself. They just... makemethinkofthedevil.
