You get penalty points and fine for holding a mobile phone in ur hand even for a fraction of a second According to the RSA u don't have full control of ur vehicle. Is this video to wind us up.

@kazimann SOME of the Rules of The Road have changed. What I was referring to has NOT changed. If you hold your mobile phone or use hand signals one is as dangerous as the other as on both you take your hand of the steering wheel. One you get penalty points and € 80fine, the other thumbs up.
