My God...this is happening to me in Elizabethtown Kentucky. It has been six years for me and the corruption is transparent but you end up broke and with no money and with no resolution. The conflicts of interest in Kentucky is like nothing I have ever seen.

I feel for you, Was a housewife in MI, Youth Leader & stayed with the kids all the time, including weekends as my ex went to the bar and out of town. I too was not allowed to show any evidence, nor was it considered in my case. Only my ex was allowed to present evidence.... I thought I was the only one this was happening to?? @antonreguli here is the deal, when you go to family court, you are in federal admiralty court. why. because you are owned by international bankers. they have the title to you. its called the birth certificate. you get a copy, they get the title. The birth certificate is a certificate for existance for a registered organization. thats coming from a federal district judge and 3 law professors. you son and daughters are the property belonging to that organization.

My sons went to go and live with their father 8 yrs. ago because of my financial situation. After I received cps reports and my sons telling me the conditions they were living in I sought out an attorney from louisville and approached judge myles opposing counsel is susan. I have not been able to help my sons although I have contacted the ky governor the media and janie miller secretary of health and family services. tell me your path and hopefully your success I feel like i'm missing something

God help this fallen society and this corrupt system. I was one of the kids destroyed 30 years ago by the insanity of divorce combined with our corrupt and insane court system. We can never find justice at the hands of corrupt judges. To end this title wave of corruption in our country must start with the corrupt judges. We can not bring evidence of corruption to corrupt judges. Los Angeles Superior Court judges are illegally and unconstitutionally taking 50,000.00 each for a total of 23 million per year.
