Katie Holmes = Good friend of Bruce
Maggie Gyllenhaal = Good lawyer of Gotham
Katie can't do good lawyer, and Maggie can't do good friend. That's what I think

I didn't have a problem with Katie's performance. I felt Maggie was better, but still liked Katie. Also, the character Rachel Dawes was quite refreshing as opposed to femme fatale or the supermodel damsel in distress who has no personality or objective of her own.

Are you serious? She wasn't that bad. Way better then Katie Holmes she was so dull. The problem is Rachel Daws is just a weak charecter thrown in to add to the tragedy for Bruce and Harvey.

Katie was awful and if she would have stayed Rachel I would have laughed when she died
but Maggie was an upgrade and when she died I was freaked out
Plus Katie was a plain annoying Rachel and Maggie's was more mature a better
