Calling AT&T Corp to talk to the CEO

After feeling live shoveling horse dung would be more fun than trying to talk to AT&T Tech Support... and having waited 6 hours for the service to be restored, I'd thought I give the CEO a call and try and light a fire under someone's behind to actually do something. Or at least give a promised Status update.

I found their phone number on http://www.sec.gov and rang them up! What a surprise! AT&T Corp has had their phone disconnected! I guess that is pretty representative of the level of service I feel I am getting from them!

Dumbass. The CEO is located in Dallas, TX...which is where ATT's HQ are, not in New Jersey.
