  • As kids several of us would walk in the water above the falls wearing shoes so as not to step on all the broken glass and fish hooks we would feel for a broken fishing line then follow it to the snag and retrieve the hook and sinker. Sometimes the entire rod and reel

  • I posted a new one.

  • I remember the days of playing in that waterfall. Now it looks so scary to me.

  • I used to walk in the water above and below and it I think I even stood under the falls once or twice. This time of year the water level is high and with the rain we've had it is staying close to the top of the stone walls

The cement work has seen better days and some of the walls that run along it are falling in Maybe I will post some more video of the park and river one of these days TZ

  • I remember seeing some friends put a a whole lotta dish detergent in them falls. Had bubbles all the way down to superior. lmaof tooo funny. I used to dive off of the bridge. alot of fun.

  • Yea me too TZ, we used to wade out and just sit on that cement rock thing in the middle on top of the falls. I also waded in below the falls once - just stood there and put my hand out. That was high school. We used to fish when I was little.

  • I got in that water once. An hour later I was at the hospital getting my first stitches.

  • Man I JUST took my 3 year old there for the 1st time. It was quite special too me seeing that I plays in that park a WHOLE LOT as a kid myself. I still havn't found a natural spring with water as great tasting as the spring in Albions Victory park. You know one time as a kid I fell in the 1st oval pond after the waterfall,it was a cold cold winter day and I remember my dad all panicked and pulling me out and getting me to my grandmas on Eaton St. for a warm bath. Pretty little town though. Thanks

  • Please post anything you can. I've not lived in Albion in 25 years, and would love to see more. Specifically, the floodgates behind the Frog Pond.
