  • @SuperTigerNo1 He didn't try to conqure the world because he wasn't greedy and had no desire to dominate/control others. A man only needs so much, anything more becomes a hassle and you can't enjoy what you have or becomes addictive and destroys you because you can't get enough of it.

    He most probably knew he couldn't compete with the corrupt officials.

  • @SuperTigerNo1 the nation he was fighting for was becoming corrupt and he didn't want to take part so he retired from fighting and wrote down this famous teachings.
