I just got the gastric bypass surgery I am 4 weeks post op it is hard but you can do it I still have a lot of pain but I think of the long road ahead good luck

Your sharing that you spoke with a lot of people who have had this surgery and found that they were very happy w/their decision, even despite complications is significant and helpful.

You also kept a good rhythm when speaking, keeping information flowing, which kept your presentation engaging. Many of WLS video journals are too protracted from too many pauses and ponderings.

Great video...I compare it(WLS) to being cured from cancer..you can work on treating it but it always comes back..

We're going to stick with you, yessir! I know that liquid diet is poopoocaca but it makes it much safer having the surgery because you're liver is less fatty. Go Mark!

I wish you much luck. I just lost 200 pounds the old fashioned way...diet & exercise. Unfortunately, the only people I have known to have the surgery have gained their weight back. I pray this doesn't happen to you. I hope you are seeing a councilor...because it's not the food that causes the problem with obesity...it's the brain...
