I train with kettlebells and I also used to box. What I found is a good work out is to clean and palm catch it and throw it forward. You have to do this in a park or outside so not to damage anything.

i dont think u need to take a class man its just the same as heavy lifting. keep ur back straight lol. the one thing i would say is that it seems like u are using as little effort as possible. like ur just swinging rather than lifting then relaxing and letting the bell fall into place. the second ones are a little better though. its probably one of those things that you just need to do to get used to it

ha cheers, yeah i've only been using kettlebells for about 6 months......used to just hit dumbells/barbells....find kettlebells so much more effective, i'm faster, stronger and getting results so much quicker with them.

kettlebells are an awesome workout but you need to watch your form mate and your back

True. Here my back is still find cause I use a light weight. 8 Kg. I just bought a 16 Kg KettleBells and if I do not perfect my form Iam gonna kill my back. I must take a class if I want to handle that weight safely. Btw... cool dog :-)
