@zthetha Well billy no brains it was the spanish who invented them in 1896 in Cuba you fool.

@Dun3Surf3r It very probably was a re-enactment if Edison was involved,

Definitely staged!! In all my years exploring the battlefields of the Boer War, never have I seen trees like those in the background - they are clearly North American trees. But that's what te did back in the day. There were many battles re-staged in England and photographed for propaganda purposes!

There was something noble about the Boers, wasn't there, just like the Confederate soldiers in the American Civil War who had swashbuckling air about them. I wonder how they treated their prisoners - couldn't have been worse than the way we treated their women and children in that good old British invention - the4 concentration camp.

Brits and Jew Bankers = gold robbers, thieves, murderers and liars. Boers = Christian. Nelson mandela = terrorist, tried coup détat in SA with mucho explosives. That's why he was put in the joint. not for "protesting apartheid". Now he's President and he's got operation "Uhuru" ready to be executed; genocide on all whites, directly after his death.

During the BOER WAR it was big news in the US and to get support for the Boers, re-enactments was done. This looks like a re-enactment of the time. Very interesting.
Another fact, the Boer war was the first war captured on film.
