it's titled "funky fanfare" and is by paul toner (or keith mansfield, i don't know if they're the same guy or not but either artist is what you're looking for)

@MrGreen428 You don't have to break the law to get this. Search "Our Feature Presentation" on goggle and you'll find a website called Internet Archives or archives.org and you can download it there free and legally.
