i work for bmw and this is accurate the 135i is faster especially if you chip them

you guys are forgetting the turbo on the135i, you could clearly see the boost at 0:48 secs, i own e92 and i always come in contact with 335, 550 or 135 trying to race and out all of them the 135 launches quickly. the only way i smoke 135 easily is over 65mph, or else its a challenge 0-60

135i curb weight -3373lbs, torque 300

e92 curb weight- 3700lbs, torque 295

I raced an e46 m3 from 20ish to 130, I couldn't pass him but he couldn't pull away in the slightest, both stock.

E46 I would say is same level, however e92 is a different kettle of fish! Get a remap done and then you would have a good race, but I wouldn't imagine my 135 would take an e92 m3 in all honesty, but atlesst unlike any m3 driver Ive met, I could

@andoE34 Max power is at 7900, but the driver made all the difference here ..

M3 : 3.88kg/hp 6.15kg/mm tire

135i : 5.00kg/hp 6.24kg/mm tire

which gives the M3 a 29% power/weight advantage here ... and a small traction advantage (not significant though)

i135 just had a better driver / launch / gear change

(typically for these tests, you need to run 3-5 times each car, and switch driver, then look at the data)

Do not think they are trying to impact the outcome

M3 driver 1st gear shifts @ 7500rpm 2nd gear shifts @ 7800rpm 3rd gear shifts @ 7900rpm ... max.power is at 8300rpm there for a real 1/4 mile time is 13.1 These small dick japs can't drive.
