I loved this book so much. I never wanted to put it down, it is by far my favorite book by him. If they make this a movie you can bet all the money in the world I'm going to see it they DAY it comes out.

Skin was awesome. they should make it into a movie. then again, they just might, since that is what most movies are based on.

Oh mygosh i am going to read blink, and i abolutely LOVED skin!!! I hd one of my friends read it too... it's amazing
Also nycbassist76,
Recently, I've finished reading Adam by Dekker. Amazing book. Not one of his best though. But that's my opinion, perhaps you will like it. And i reccomend you buy/check out at the library the exclusive christian retail edition. It comes with an interview of Ted Dekker and John Eldredge (another christian writer). It's good. It will elaborate on the novel and its themes.

i love it the writing style was smooth and kept you turning pages but the story towards the end got a little annoying for me with the "game" i wont ruin it for those that haven't finished it i would recommend it but that was the only thing i didn't like...this was the first Dekker book I've read and it wont be the last i just read the premise for "house" kinda reminds me of skin...with the whole locked in and having to choose who dies any thoughts on that?

Yes. I have read House. It was a while ago so my memory may be kind of blurry. It was a great book. I've read a couple of Perreti books before, and he's a great writer. YOu should see him talk though. He's funny. I mean you wouldn't expect such mystery/thriller/suspense/supernatural books come from him. He's outrageous! Hilarious but brilliant!
Back to House. Both Dekker and Perreti wrote house as an allegory. It symbolizes Christ's death and gave himself willingly for us, sinners.
