  • It looks like something I would like to have, but its not cheap. I wonder if the Gaiam Pilates Ball chair is just as good?

  • Not a chance. Check out Ergoweb for a discussion by ergonomists. A ball is BAD, not enough support and a disaster waiting to happen.

  • Love the idea and concept, however... better off buying a Swiss ball for 5% of the money :)

  • My sister has won this swopper once, it is much fun sitting on it, especially all the movement, by balancing your weight around you can have the swopper turn around without even pushing you with your feet or hands from the table you're sitting on and it bounces nicely!

  • good product and good demo.

  • Just the fact that she was able to tilt the off its base of stability during the demonstration at 2:14 worries me about the range of motion. Is the base made of plastic or steel? At 23lbs but rated for someone 290lbs, I am little concerned about the quality. I'm weigh about 170lbs so, I guess that's not an issue but is there a way to have this sent to my office for a trial? I like the idea but I would have to see it for myself. Thank you.

  • I have 2...

  • Er, qualify that remark. I am an intelligent human being. I love the look of the chair and appreciate the work that's gone into it but they cost way too much.

  • You are so clueless, Tarded?

  • I tried one, but wasn't comfortable. I have to use a knee sit chair otherwise my lower back hurts. But looking at this video, I can imaging a saddle/straddle seat being very comfortable.

  • Really like the look of this and then found the price - £550 for a sponge on a spring!
